What Makes The Jengo Strand Pram Stand Out From The Crowd?
We’ve detailed a few of the most impressive features of the Jengo Strand Pram below:
It Grows With Your Baby
The Jengo Strand Pram comes with a bassinet and toddler seat attachment, so you don’t have to worry about your child meeting minimum weight requirements to use the toddler seat. The bassinet is perfect from birth to six months, then the toddler seat can be used until your little one’s fourth birthday.
You also have the choice of using adapters to attach a car seat to the chassis, making it a complete travel system.
It Also Grows With Your Family
Not only can you swap the seats of the Jengo Strand Pram to accommodate your growing baby, but you can also add another seat to accommodate a growing family! There’s a range of seat configurations for you to choose from, including a bassinet and toddler seat, or two toddler seats for older children.
It Comes With Lots Of Extra Accessories
One thing we think many parents will love is the extra accessories that come with your purchase. There’s a multi-pocket parent organiser and cup holder to use on your chassis, which can be removed if you don’t want to use them. It also comes with an extra large storage basket that can hold up to 10 kg, a rain cover, and adapters. You can use these great accessories to create the perfect pram for you and your little family.
Who Is The Jengo Strand Pram Most Suited To?
The Jengo Strand Pram is a great option for parents who want an all-in-one pram without having to buy different seat options after their original purchase. It’s also great for parents who think they might have more than one child close together, to avoid them having to buy a twin stroller in the future.
The Jengo Strand Pram is a little expensive as a single, but considering it comes with two seats and the opportunity to expand it in the future, we think it’s worth it for many parents.
How Much Does The Jengo Strand Pram Cost?
The Jengo Strand Pram costs $899, and this comes with the chassis, bassinet, and toddler seat. It also comes with a load of added accessories for this price.
What Is The Warranty On The Jengo Strand Pram?
The Jengo Strand Pram comes with a two-year warranty, so your purchase is protected for around half the time you’ll be using it.

Is The Jengo Strand Pram Safe?
Yes, the Jengo Strand Pram is a very safe option! We were pleasantly surprised with how structurally sound the chassis felt, even when adding a second seat. The wheels and suspension are very safe to give your child a comfortable and smooth ride, and the adjustable handle prevents parents from getting a backache.
The large three-part sun visor is also safe for your child as it offers more protection from the sun, giving them a shaded spot to rest. The peek-a-boo window is a bonus, too, so that you can keep an eye on your child while they’re sleeping without disturbing them.
How Easy Is The Jengo Strand Pram To Manoeuvre And Push?
The Jengo Strand is a slightly heavier pram at 12.6 kg, and this only gets heavier when you add a second seat. So, it’s not the easiest for pushing and manoeuvring, especially when your kids keep growing! However, the large wheels and dutiful suspension system made the task a lot easier and we didn’t have a problem with pushing our children around.
It might not feel like you’re pushing a travel stroller around an airport, but you shouldn’t get a backache or strain, either.
How Are The Brakes On The Jengo Strand Pram?
The brakes are very effective on the Jengo Strand Pram, even with the second seat. As soon as the red pedal was pressed, the pram came to an immediate stop and wouldn’t budge until the brake was disengaged. We have no concerns about the safety of this pram’s braking system.
How Easy Is It To Assemble The Jengo Strand Pram?
Considering how many pieces there are on the Jengo Strand, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together. Most of the pieces simply clipped together and were ready to go. The user manual’s instructions were super easy to follow, with pictures and tips to follow. We also found adding a second seat to be incredibly easy with the help of the upper or lower adapters.
Does The Jengo Strand Pram Fold?
Yes, the Jengo Strand Pram folds down nice and small so you can fit it in your car boot or in a small hiding space within your home. The seat does need to be removed before you can fold the chassis, which we found a little inconvenient, and it meant two seats and the chassis took up more space in our car than we were hoping for. However, you probably won’t have this issue if you have a larger car.
Is The Jengo Strand Pram Easy To Clean?
Yes, we found the Jengo Strand Pram very easy to clean. The metal and plastic chassis could be wiped down with mild soap and water, and the rubber wheels needed a gentle brush to remove dirt. All of the fabric pieces on the seats could either be removed for machine washing or spot-cleaned with detergent and water. We managed to clean this entire pram, with two seats, within half an hour.
