You might want to use the bra adjusters to create a looser fit if you find this too tight against your body. There are buttons on top of the breast pumps to control them, but you can also use Lacevo’s app to control them! We personally preferred the app as we found it easier to understand which settings we were using on each side, but the app isn’t necessary if you would prefer to use the buttons.
