Are There Any Accessories Included With The Jengo Travellite Wooden Portacot 2 In 1?
The Jengo Travellite portacot comes with a few accessories such as the bassinet attachment and the travel bag. As this is a travel cot, you won’t need many other accessories to use with it, so we didn’t find this to be too much of an issue. However, depending on where you’re using the cot, you might want to buy some extra accessories separately such as an insect net or a black-out blind.
What Sets The Jengo Travellite Wooden Portacot 2 In 1 Apart From The Crowd?
There are plenty of excellent features that come with the Jengo Travellite portacot, so here are some of our favourites that we think you’ll enjoy too:
The smaller upper circumference
One thing we love about the Jengo Travellite portacot is perhaps the most obvious one: its asymmetrical shape! The top is smaller than the bottom, creating a snug sleeping space for newborns in the bassinet and a larger area for older toddlers to stretch out. As soon as your little one can pull themselves up, the asymmetrical shape can prevent them from climbing out of the cot. This is a great safety feature and a weight off many parents’ minds, especially when they love to climb!
Travel-friendly design
Another thing we really appreciate about the Jengo Travellite portacot is how easy it is to fold up and take anywhere in the world. The travel bag is super handy, especially with two durable straps that offer extra reinforcement to the bag so you don’t have to worry about it coming apart while you’re travelling. Plus, at just 8 kg, this travel cot is super lightweight, so we often forgot that we were carrying an entire portacot with us instead of a small load of washing. Travelling with a little one can be challenging enough, so why put more pressure on yourself with a heavy travel cot?
How Much Does The Jengo Travellite Wooden Portacot 2 In 1 Cost?
The Jengo Travellite portacot costs $229, which we think is an average price for a high-quality travel crib. While it doesn’t have too much extra functionality that other portacots might come with, you’ll still be able to get plenty of use from this one for an inexpensive price.
What Is The Warranty On The Jengo Travellite Wooden Portacot 2 In 1?
Unfortunately, there is no information about the Jengo Travellite portacot’s warranty online. However, Baby Bunting offers a repair or returns policy for baby items purchased from their website, so if you find a major fault that renders the product unsafe or unusable, we recommend that you get in touch with them or fill in their online return request form.
Is The Jengo Travellite Wooden Portacot 2 In 1 Safe?
Yes, the Jengo Travellite is a very safe travel cot that can be used in three different ways to keep your little one secure and snug in a safe place. The bassinet attachment can be used for newborns to help them feel safer and closer to you, while the base gives them much more freedom to roll around and get comfortable. We really like how the cot becomes smaller the higher it reaches to prevent active toddlers from climbing out of their cot and injuring themselves, along with the mesh sides that create optimal airflow all around children as they sleep.
Is The Jengo Travellite Wooden Portacot 2 In 1 Easy To Adjust?
We find quite a few cots to be easy to adjust, but the Jengo Travellite portacot is one of the very quickest to convert from a bassinet to a cot! This is because the bassinet attachment literally unfolds from the top of the cot to unveil the extra space beneath it, so you can convert it between uses within seconds. This one is perfect if you’re looking for something you can swap between the modes quickly and effortlessly.
Is The Jengo Travellite Wooden Portacot 2 In 1 Easy To Manoeuvre?
Yes, we found the Jengo Travellite portacot incredibly easy to manoeuvre. With a folding mechanism that popped open and closed within seconds and a bassinet component that was super easy to attach, we had no issues travelling with this cot. To make the process even easier, we found it easy to slide the cot into the travel bag and carry it around with us all day without too much hassle. The folded design is thin and light, so we took it on plenty of public transport without it getting in our way!
Is The Jengo Travellite Wooden Portacot 2 In 1 Easy To Assemble?
The Jengo Travellite portacot could not be easier to assemble – thanks to the fact that it’s already pre-made right out of the box! All you’ll need to do is unfold it and use the instructions to safely attach the bassinet to the top of the crib, and you’re done. Unfortunately, there aren’t any instructions online for this cot, so make sure you don’t lose your physical copy!
Is The Jengo Travellite Wooden Portacot 2 In 1 Easy To Clean?
We found the Jengo Travellite really easy to clean thanks to most of the cot being made from mesh. Use warm soapy water and a soft sponge to remove stains from every part of the cot. The only issue we found was the tight corners down at the bottom of the cot were quite tough to clean, but we found using a vacuum cleaner to reach these areas made it easier to get everything clean.
Final Thoughts On The Jengo Travellite Wooden Portacot 2 In 1
We really enjoyed our time testing out the Jengo Travellite portacot, especially when taking our little one travelling! Some of our favourite features were the included travel bag and how easy it was to pack up and move within seconds, along with the clever design to stop children from climbing out of their cots. We wished the warranty information was a little clearer for customers, but we didn’t need it while we were testing this cot anyway.
